Any registered User can be a Partner, it they register any of their skills. Even your native language can be a valuable asset to help someone. Living in your country can be an asset to help other people as well.
Any job you want to do in other countries can be registered as an Assignment, unless the Assignment itself or performing the Assignment involves illegal activities or violates the local regulations and laws.
Please feel free to register yourself as a Partner or register your job as an Assignment.
